I checked my PenTablet thingy driver whatever, and noticed it was old so decided to update it, and after an hour of waiting, I installed it and. but it won't pop up." and then I thought I had it!

"Maybe install drivers, blah blah blah, go to this program, I already did it doesn't show up, go to Wacom Properties and go to settings. I went to Wacom Support and there was no answer that fitted for me, so for the past 3 weeks I've been trying to use my tablet without the buttons and the pen size as 1.8, which put me out of the zone since I have projects I need to work on and these restrictions made it very agitating to deal with. I re-plugged in the cord again several times with no response, I tried using my old one but that one is broken anyways and you have to point it at an angle and it still didn't work when I got it to work for a few seconds, and was at a loss. "No Wacom device connected to your computer." So, since my tablet was indeed plugged in, I did a few things. I opened up Wacom Tablet Properties and got this: Tried going into Device Manager and finding a driver to reinstall but didn't find anything. So, I looked up a few things, and thought that I should update FireAlpaca since I had the old version, got that, and I had the same problem. I tried to have it as 1.8 and 2 but it's still way too small and restricts me from doing certain actions. I use FireAlpaca, and I usually have the pen size as 18, and when I re-plugged it it was too big. (I'm not sure what kind of cord it is, I've had the official one in the past but it got broken so I found one laying around in the house and it works fine.) When I did this though, the pen would connect again but the buttons would stop responding and the sizing of the pen would not work correctly. Out of nowhere in the middle of drawing, my pen wouldn't detect and I'd have to un-plug and re-plug the cord that I use. Lately though, I've been having some strange problems. In the past, I used it on a desktop computer and eventually moved it to my now current laptop (COREi3 10th Gen.) and I didn't have much problems in the past, it still wouldn't detect the device, but at least the buttons worked and the pen size in the drawing program I use didn't do anything weird. I have a Wacom UGEE M708 drawing tablet, I've had it for years. Let them know if it worked, say 'thank you', and give them an upvote! If someone solved your problem, don't just dip out. And be constructive when giving advice or correcting someone. Respect others, either the input they give, questions that might sound "stupid", or when they share their work. Ask for help, and we will try to do our best to help you.
But if you present an issue that the community needs to hear about, then you can inform us in a calm manner. Venting to this subreddit, with your negative opinions about Wacom, will literally do nothing. You can ask for as much help as you want, but we don't make the changes at Wacom. We can all get frustrated sometimes, even at Wacom.
And include exact tablet/cintiq models, instead of just saying "Wacom tablet".
